 +==== Graphic Interface ====
 +
 +The graphic interface can be reached at any of the above servers, by specifying https and :8006 as the port number. These are only accessible from the SoCS server room network (131.104.48.0/23) or SoCS IT admin IP addresses that have been added to the firewall rules.
 +
 +Graphic access is via personal user accounts. These need to be explicitly added to the Proxomox Users section and admin privileges granted if required.
 +
 +==== Shell Access ====
 +
 +The nodes are also accessible via ssh at the above hostnames, again from the SoCS server room network.
 +
 +==== VM Storage ====
 +VM disks should be stored on the node zfs pools to allow all zfs features (snapshotting/send-receive/etc). Gringotts is also mounted to allow backups.
 +
 +==== Backups ====
 +VMs are backed up to Gringotts on a weekly schedule, occurring at 2am on Sunday mornings.
 +
 +==== Snapshots ====
 +
 +Sanoid is installed and configured to snapshot the VMs on an hourly/daily/monthly cycle. The configuration is in /etc/sanoid/sanoid.conf. Exceptions are added to disable snapshots for the Kuberenetes nodes as well as the Windows servers as they consume too much disk space.
