To begin, touch the screen to wake it, and press the green button to turn on the projectors. To change what is displayed on each projector, drag the input (Computer or Doc Cam) to desired screenThe HDMI cable to connect the computer is located in the righthand cupboard under the podium. Power outlets are also available here.+Reynolds 1101 is a classroom style room, containing seating for 48 people. There is also a whiteboard, which is currently inaccessible pending projector lift equipment installation, scheduled to be installed by the end of January.

 +  * Touch the screen of the control console on the podium to wake it up 
 +  * Press the green power button on the screen to turn on the projectors. It may take up the entire screen, or be located at the top right of the screen. 
 +  * If using a computer, connect the HDMI Cable. It may be located behind the right hand door of the podium. 
 +  * To turn the document camera on, press the power button located on the front of the document camera stand

 +  * To choose what is displayed on each screen, drag the desired input from the "Sources" section in the top half of the touch screen controls on top of "Right Projector" or "Left Projector" in the "Displays" section. Wait 5-10 seconds for the display to refresh. 
 +  * To turn off the projector, unplug the HDMI cable from your computer (if plugged in) and press the red power button located at the top of the touch screen controls.
