====== SocS Seminars - Instructions ======

**Responsibilities of the host:**

- 1. List ItemBook the room (Reynolds 1101) for the day and time the seminar is to take place. Please inform GradAssist of these details.
  - 2. Honorarium: As the speaker will receive a $100 honourarium for the talk, please send GradAssist the following speaker details (to arrange the cheque request, if the speaker is external to SoCS): speaker's fullname, address and SIN.
  - 3. Complete the seminar template one-pager.
  - Ordered List Item4. Submit the seminar one-pager to GradAssist who will:
 (a) Post on our SocS Website Events 
 (b) Post hard-copies around Reynolds  
 (c) Arrange hoapitality coffee service for the seminar (please note, coffee service needs to be order 5 business days in advance)
 (d) Send a reminder email to the faculty and grad listserv one day before the seminar.
  - 5.  Notify by email listerv the faculty and grad students of the seminar (and any other schools that may be interested - ask GradAssist for help if needed)
