===== Graduate Student Space & Key Deposits =====

Reynolds Building is currently being renovated, with an expected completion date of Spring 2018. Temporary graduate space has been assigned in the VMI Building, located on the corner of College & Smith Lane.

If you are interested in acquiring access to the Graduate Student Space in VMI, a refundable __$20 key deposit is required.__

* The grad space in VMI is considered a "common space", so there are no desk or room assignments

* Please ensure you keep your valuables (such as laptops, etc.) secure, and do not leave them unattended

* If you choose to access this space, you will be provided with a WA6 key to access: Main right, front door (facing Smith Lane), Room 215 and 217

* Lockers are available in Room 217D on a "first come, first served" basis (please use your own lock)

**Please note: The interior doors within VMI 215 and 217 must remain unlocked at all times, as we do not have keys to unlock these interior doors.**

===== Printing Fees =====

We strongly encourage graduate students to opt-in to pay the photocopying and printing fees upon entry into their program. This is a one-time fee that allows full-use, unlimited printing and photocopying from the SoCS grad student printer for the duration of their program. The fee for __MSc students is $40.00__, and the fee for __PhD students is $60.00__. The graduate student printer and photocopier are both located on the second floor of the Reynolds Building.

**Printer**

The printer is located in VMI, second floor, room 215D. The printer name is: "NewHP", and the IP location is: NewHp.socs.uoguelph.ca

All new graduate students must complete the{{:grads:forms:acceptable_use_policy.pdf|SoCS Acceptable Use Policy}} forms at the beginning of their first semester.
