  * Follow up on vending machine issue (David Loates and Mark Kenny). 
  * Appliances will be delivered September 1st week. Maybe in two deliveries. Someone will have to meet the truck. 
    * Probably need Metko to provide flagmen for 53' truck.
    * Exact delivery date needed from BestBuy
  * **Yang phone Justin Selby about scheduling and work load issues**
    * Yang should confirm with Justin our move-out dates 
  * Mover Pick-up times: 
    * Check in with Mike the Movers to confirm exact moving times. J.D. MacLachlan Building doesn't open until 8:30am, so a staff member will need to be here to help direct the deliveries. 
    * Confirm the Mike the Movers VMI pick-up time. Deb Stacey will be supervising this move. 
**    * Yang's students need to be moved out of VMI.** 
    * Find out when mover picking up from MACK 9th
  * Follow-up with Craig Richie and Vikas (Sherwood) about AV install scheduled for meeting rooms and digital signs. Check with Sherwood to ensure they schedule a day in the future to work on the basement once it's complete (Vikas should look after this, but will need stay on him). 
  * Create posters for REYN and THRN about central login switch-over (Dana) 
  * Currently, there are no projectors in THRN 2418. Make sure that CTS finishes projector install in THRN 2418, need instructions to pass to TA's and instructors. 23rd and 24th, monitor the situation. Dave Loates is the contact for this.
