All deliveries should be addressed as follows:

=== Tips & Tricks ===

* Make sure you specify your own delivery address, otherwise your delivery might end up at accounts payable, the UC mail room or some other location on campus.
  * Do NOT use the Gordon street address for Reynolds 
  * If you don't have enough space to specify the full address, omit "University of Guelph". Some shippers don't include the entire address that you specify on their shipping labels, and "50 Stone Road E" as well as our postal code is exclusive to the University anyway.
  * Try to avoid having deliveries arrive around holidays like Christmas week.
  * If given the option of "special delivery instructions" or similar, once again reiteriate "Reynolds Building" 
  * When possible, include "1119" and/or "Director's Suite" as this will be easier for them to find than your upstairs office.

=== Sending Mail or Parcels ===

*Currently the University's designated couriers are Federal Express, UPS and Purolator. All university's shipments should be booked online using courier's online shipping tools whenever possible.  
  *If you need assistance shipping a parcel, please see the office clerk.
