Course information sheets are designed to help a student understand the expectations, learning outcomes, and topics that will be presented in a course.  They are not a replacement for course outlines, but are intended to be available to students year round to facilitate planning.

=== Course Offering Lists ===
These are the courses that will be offered in each of the semesters shown.  These lists are tentative and subject to change, but it does give students a first glimpse at what is offered and who is teaching what class.  In particular teaching assignments may change because of unplanned leaves or changes in enrolment.

=== Course Outlines ===
The course outlines are updated as often as we can with copies of the outline for each semester.  
The requirements for the content in a course outline are found in the university calendar, in the section on  [[https://www.uoguelph.ca/registrar/calendars/undergraduate/current/c08/c08-grds-proc.shtml
|grading procedures]].  If you are in a SOCS course that you feel does not have an adequate course outline, please email ugraddir@socs.uoguelph.ca with a description of what you feel is missing.
