While SoCS has a good amount of documentation on this wiki, there are still many gaps. The plan over this summer is to fill in those gaps. Documentation needs to be written for the sysadmin section with IT Analyst documentation on configuration and support of IT infrastructure and procedures. 

The Technical Support section also needs updating and expansion for documentation targeted at SoCS Staff, Faculty and Students.

The SSH instructions in particular need a rewrite to ensure they are accurate and optimal. Specifically remove references to Portkey as VPN should be the preferred use case for all students. Instructors can be told about Portkey separately if necessary. Work should also be done to test VSCode connnection options (Windows Native/WSL, Mac, Linux) to ensure directions are accurate and functional for all platforms.
