==== Oracle Heartbeat Fix ====

  * The SoCS primary file server is an Oracle server running Solaris 11
  * As part of the support contract, the server is directly connected to Oracle support to allow it to automatically create a support request if a fault is detected.
  * This process failed to connect after the support contract was renewed at the beginning of January
  * Using the asr command the server was reconnected to Oracle support
