====== Reynolds TV Slides ====== ===== Overview ===== There are two TVs in the main Reynolds lobby area which are used to display slides with various public messages. Behind each TV is a raspberry pi which is used to power the displays. ===== Configuration Overview ===== Each Raspberry Pi is configured on boot to run Google Chrome in Kiosk mode. Chrome opens a link to the Google Slides presentation and displays the content full screen. https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/e/2PACX-1vT53gXJPYe4hQnOldxM_BuiVPxhgLkb7rqw5Cba4FvuWDfEe77w_CaGeqflp26rrtOx3OVeXri2RnPl/pub?start=true&loop=true&delayms=3000 The Google Slides account is currently managed by Tricia Waite, SoCS Academic Assistant. She is responsible for adding content to the slideshow. Once the slides are updated the Pis must be rebooted to get the updated content. This can be done manually or via SSH. Tricia has a script that will automatically do this.
