== Server ==
The mail server is located at mail.socs.uoguelph.ca  It is hosted on owlery.socs.uoguelph.ca, a virtual machine which is running on <del>scrimgeour</del>. SMTP is provided by Postfix and IMAP/POP is provided by Dovecot. Authentication is done via LDAP. 

In MS Outlook, use the settings in the below screenshot to set up your account (make sure that you use 993 & 465 for the ports):

== Aliases ==
/etc/mail/aliases holds aliases pointing most Staff and Faculty mail accounts to their CCS provided account.  It also provides aliases for various departmental accounts.  This file holds aliases to point help@socs to RT and other addresses to redmine.
