===== Using the OneDrive Client ===== The University offers online file storage through OneDrive. OneDrive is installed as an application on the iMacs in Thornbrough 2420. It can also be accessed through a web browser. ==== Mac Client ==== 1. Open the OneDrive Appliation. Enter your UoG Email Address. {{:techsupport:guides:onedrivemac-1.png?400|}} 2. The University Single Sign On page will appear. Enter your Central Login ID and Password. {{:techsupport:guides:onedrivemac-2.png?400|}} 3. The location of your OneDrive folder will be shown at the bottom. By default this is /Users//OneDrive. You can change this by clicking the "Change Location" button. {{:techsupport:guides:onedrivemac-3.png?400|}} 4. Choose which files to synchronize. Check the "Sync all files and folders" button to synchronize all files, or select specific files to synchronize below. {{:techsupport:guides:onedrivemac-4.png?400|}} 5. One Drive is now set up. Click the "Open My Onedrive" button to view your files. {{:techsupport:guides:onedrivemac-5.png?400|}} 6. Your files are now available to be accessed. You can see them in Finder at the location you selected in Step 3, which by default is "/Users//OneDrive". Log into @uoguelph.ca email address through a web browser (Link: [[https://mail.uoguelph.ca/|UoG Email Account]]). Click on the 9 Squares at the top left of the Window, and Click OneDrive.
