Academic integrity is an important component pertaining to the evaluation of students here at the University of Guelph. Please note that any cases of academic misconduct must be submitted to the Academic Integrity Officer **within 10 business days**.



== Academic Integrity Via Sneakoscope ==

Within SoCS, Sneakoscope and MOSS are used in conjunction for similarity testing of code submissions. These tools allow for a quantitative measure of the overall similarities between a set of submitted source code files to help identify cases of academic misconduct. Instructors can provide their own instructor-provided code to be omitted from the comparisons.
