To add private spaces to the committee the systems administrator will need to create a new LDAP group for the committee. The systems administrator will also add the groups members at this time.
Click on the red link for the new committee. There will be a message that the page does not exist. Click on the “create this page” link at the top right of the screen.
Add the relevant committee summary information including membership and mandate.
Adding the Internal Section
Go to the url wiki.socs.uoguelph.ca/committees/<committee name>/start
This page does not exist, but like the summary page click “create this page” to create a page.
After saving this page the new committee section will be created.
Setting Group Permissons
Go to the Access Control List Page
Choose the new committee section on the left (in blue)
Set the permission for the committee group to “upload”
