SoCS has a Jupyter server for datascience projects

This semester I investigated whether collaborative notebooks were supported.

I found that they were supported, but without good security controls we would not be able to safely import that feature here

The server environments were also updated to allow custom conda environments so that libraries would be persistent and not require a re-installation ever time a server restarted
