CIS*2430 F23 Queue has been set up as a prototype for the process of using RT for TA and Instructor emails for course support

Two groups are set up for each queue - one for the instructor to manage group members, and templates, and another for the TAs to access and work with the queue

Most issues in the setup so far have been related to permissions

RT-Python is a library to programmatically interact with the RT Rest API. This will be necessary to scale this process and ensure consistency.

To override a global scrip, a blank template of the same name as the template referred to by the global scrip must be created in the queue
