The current AV systems in THRN 2418, THRN 2420 and THRN 3401 are now over a decade old. These systems no longer have spare parts and reliability is suffering. We need to decide whether to have CTS replace these systems over the summer. Given the JD Maclachlan building renovation and potential pending migration SoCS is hesitant to spend our money on equipment we will not use for the entire lifecycle.

• Work with SoE to determine their projector needs for THRN Labs
• Determine funding and who will pay
• Work with CTS to deploy if decision is made to go forward
