GradeSubmit
Overview
SoCS hosts a Python web application to automate the administrative work required for submitting student grades to the registrar. The system allows teachers to submit student grades through CSVs and automates the workflow for creating, filling, acquiring signatures, and sending documents to the registrar. Specifically, it creates a CSV containing all student grades, a pdf file that includes the CSV data with instructor and director signature, and any Incomplete Coursework Forms (ICFs) should be exist.
Workflow
The GradeSubmit web application is deployed at gradesubmit.socs.uoguelph.ca and is accessible to faculty members and IT admins.
