These instructions apply to the two large Toshiba printers located in J. D. Maclachlan and Mackinnon.

1. Browse to http://business.toshiba.com/usa/support/index.jsp#msds, search for “4505ac”
2. Under “e-Bridge Current Drivers” download the driver driver for your OS, if you want to print double sided, choose the duplex driver.
   1. Choose Mac OSX 10.6 and later, Single Sided, Color for OSX
   2. Choose Windows e-Bridge Universal 2 PCL/PS 32/64 Bit Driver for Windows
3. Install the driver

1. Open the add new printer interface and choose add a new printer by IP
2. Enter “photocopier.socs.uoguelph.ca” or “staffcopier.socs.uoguelph.ca”
3. Choose the HP Jetdirect - Socket protocol
4. The driver you installed above should be listed in the “Use” section. Then click “Add”
5. Choose the settings shown in the attached screen shot

1. Select Start and type “Advanced Print” in the search box, choose “Advanced Printer Setup”
2. Select “The printer I want wasn't listed”
3. Select “Add a printer using a TCP/IP address or hostname” , then select “Next“
4. Select “TCP/IP Device” in the “Device type” list
5. Type “photocopier.socs.uoguelph.ca” or “staffcopier.socs.uoguelph.ca” as the hostname and hit next
6. If you installed the drivers found above, Windows should automatically choose the correct drivers.
7. After installation check the photocopier's printer options in Control Panel after the printer is added, as Windows 10 seems to default to the bypass tray instead of tray 1
